mha were appointed by North Down YMCA in 2014 to undertake an internal refurbishment and fit-out of an existing shop (3 storey) located in the centre of a seaside town.  The YMCA facilities provide a service for young adults (coffee hub/ games area) and a creche for the local community. The scheme allowed for recreation, meeting & training areas, coffee shop, toilet and changing facilities, creche and platform lift.
