The approved design used a variety of residential typologies and sought to address the challenging typographical levels across the site as well the two busy roads which flanked the principle boundaries.

mha gained outline planning approval for the development of 210 no.  units of residential properties for an urban site located with Dungannon.

This scheme is currently with Mid Ulster Council for renewal of outline planning approval.
